Our facility is located in the heart of Sydney, easily accessible by public transport or car. Street parking is available along Harbour View Road, and there is a small customer car park behind our building.
Look for the green awning with our logo near the corner of Harbour View Road and Marine Parade. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for grooming appointments. Boarding reservations should be made as early as possible, especially during school holidays and long weekends when demand is highest.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
For dogs, we require current vaccinations for distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and kennel cough. Cats should be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu. Please bring vaccination records to your first appointment.
Can I stay during my pet's grooming?
We generally find that pets are calmer when their owners are not present, as they can pick up on your emotions. However, for first visits or particularly anxious pets, we can discuss arrangements that work for everyone.
What if my pet has special needs?
Please let us know about any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, dietary requirements, or medications when booking. Our team can accommodate most special needs with advance notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.
