beam-fortress provides pet care services including but not limited to grooming, boarding, pet sitting, dog walking, and general wellness assessments. Our services are designed to support your pet's wellbeing but do not constitute veterinary medical care.

Booking and Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive confirmation via email.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
• Prices are subject to variation based on pet size, coat condition, and specific requirements not disclosed at booking.

Pet Owner Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet including health conditions, behavioural issues, and vaccination status.
• Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current and provide documentation upon request.
• Inform us of any contagious conditions before your appointment.
• Collect your pet at the agreed time. Extended stays beyond the booked period may incur additional charges.
• Accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by your pet to our staff, facilities, or other animals.

Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that:

• Displays aggressive behaviour posing a risk to staff or other animals
• Shows signs of contagious illness or parasitic infestation
• Has health conditions that make the requested service inadvisable
• Lacks required vaccinations

If we identify a health concern during your pet's visit, we will attempt to contact you. In emergencies, we may seek veterinary care for your pet, and you agree to reimburse associated costs.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and wellbeing, you acknowledge that:

• Pet care inherently involves some risk, including stress, minor injuries, or unexpected health events.
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed to us.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for that specific service.
• We are not responsible for items left with your pet unless specifically inventoried at drop-off.

By using our website, you agree not to:
